A clearer handoff
for CAD review.

Bring release details, revision findings and reviewer notes into one review worksheet—before a qualified person signs off.

Use the release checklistDiscuss a pilot

For ASCII DXF exports. Native DWG and engineering approval are outside the current prototype.

From drawing export to review handoff

Keep the evidence with the decision.

01 · Export DXF02 · Check & compare03 · Verify in CAD04 · Share reviewer notes

DraftVerge checks a bounded set of release details, identifies candidate revision changes and lets reviewers attach notes and dispositions. Export a worksheet or a self-contained HTML handoff for another reviewer.

This diagram illustrates the workflow; it is not a product screenshot. Reports and decision history are editable and are not authenticated approvals.

One focused review workflow.

Check release details

Apply named title-block standards and required attributes. Surface missing units, references and other conditions that need review.

Understand revision context

Compare baseline and revised exports. Inspect finding evidence and before-and-after views, with explicit coordinate checks for linked views.

Hand off the review

Capture reviewer dispositions and notes. Share an offline handoff with drawing fingerprints, applied settings and unresolved findings.

Before you try a pilot.

Start with one team's release checklist and representative, explicitly authorized drawings. Measure missed issues, false positives and total review time against an expert-marked baseline.

No customer results or time savings have been established yet. This prototype is being prepared for workflow validation.

Start with your review workflow

Explore a focused pilot.

Tell us what your team checks before a drawing goes out, and where revision reviews slow down.

Email your CAD software, team size and one recurring review problem. We’ll discuss whether the current ASCII DXF workflow fits and agree on scope before any pilot begins.

Please start with a workflow description. Share drawings only after your organization authorizes it and we agree on how to handle them.

Practical questions.

Does DraftVerge support native DWG?

No. The current prototype accepts standalone ASCII DXF exports. Binary DXF, native DWG and external-reference contents are not supported.

Where do drawings go?

The review app runs on your local computer. It does not send drawings to an external service or retain uploaded drawing bytes. Explicitly saved browser worksheet drafts contain review data, not drawings.

Does a clean report mean a drawing is approved?

No. Automated checks cover a limited set of conditions. Qualified reviewers must verify findings, referenced content and engineering requirements in the appropriate CAD workflow.

Can I sign up here?

You can email us about a pilot. We start by discussing your workflow and agreeing on scope; access is arranged individually. This website has no drawing-upload form.
